Wasiu Mayowa Raheem holds a B.Sc. Geography (UNILORIN); M.Tech and PhD Urban and Regional Planning (LAUTECH, Ogbomoso). He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Ilorin. He was a Level Adviser, Exam Officer, Sub Dean of the faculty. He was the Ag. Head of Department between the year 2022 and 2024. He has several publications to his credit and he has also attended conferences both locally and internationally. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners and a registered member of the Town Planner Registration Council.
His research interests include Environmental Management, Green Space Development, and Rural Development Planning.
